We are seeking an intern to join our team as a Service Routing & Sales Optimization Intern. This role will work closely with sales team leaders and operations managers to enhance routing strategies and support data-driven decision-making that drives business growth, in our Provo Utah office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and eager to apply analytical thinking to real-world operations challenges.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with sales leaders and operations managers to optimize initial service routing and slot management
• Support improvement of key performance metrics, including:
  • Same-day service percentage
  • Sales-to-service ratio
  • Quartile 1%
  • Direct labor cost efficiency
• Assist in sales representative area assignments to help improve account quality and overall production output

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both sales and operations teams
• Experience in or exposure to sales environments is a plus

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Availability to attend meetings and collaborate during [internship is full time summer)
