The Senior Technical Program Manager - Marketing will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of technical marketing programs. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of marketing technology solutions, optimize processes, and drive innovative projects that enhance our marketing capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and experience in managing complex marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Program Management: Lead and manage technical marketing programs from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Technology Integration: Oversee the integration and implementation of marketing technology solutions, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, product, and sales teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and marketing strategies.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across marketing operations.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment across all teams.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of programs.
Performance Tracking: Monitor program performance and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical specifications.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related experience
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in a technical marketing role.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of marketing technologies, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA, Asana).
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets.
Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
Experience in the pest control or service industry.
Familiarity with Google Mail, Workday, and G Suite.
