The Organizational Development Manager that will play a critical role in enhancing our organizational effectiveness, culture and employee performance. This position will report to the Director of Learning & Development. The OD Manager will partner with leaders across departments, instructional designers and writers to assess needs, recommend solutions and lead initiatives.

Responsibilities include:
Partner with the Director of L&D and other leaders to identify key organizational and people development needs and prioritize initiatives that support business objectives.
Collaborate with instructional designers and writers to ensure that learning products and development solutions meet quality standards and align with organizational needs.
Design, implement and oversee programs aimed at developing capabilities within the organization.
Drive programs and initiatives to promote a positive, inclusive and high-performance organizational culture.
Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to continuously improve organizational effectiveness.
Required Skills:
Experience: 4+ years of experience in organizational development, human resources or a similar role, preferably within a corporate or large organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to influence decision-making.
Great customer facing skills and the desire to be a part of a growing company.
Well organized, detail oriented.
