We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Mergers & Acquisitions Engagement Specialist position located in Provo, UT. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, and excels working at an individual level.

Responsibilities include:
Conduct outreach to at-risk or canceled customers to deliver and preserve revenue
Execute structured renewal campaigns and localized retention strategies
Analyze churn behavior and act on trends to prevent future cancellations
Required to travel to designated service centers to provide operational support and to support business objectives
Serve as a customer advocate and subject matter expert across various touchpoints
Partner with local service branches and corporate leadership to implement post-close customer strategies in active acquisition markets
Sell the Aptive service lines and treatment plans to customers in the field.
Analyze performance to identify retention gaps and implement corrective campaigns
Maintain and improve system records, tool tracking, and customer history management (e.g., CRM, retention dashboards)
Deliver reports on customer save metrics, retention revenue preserved, and campaign effectiveness
Act as the feedback loop between the market/customers and Mergers & Acquisitions leadership-translating customer insights into deal integration strategy
Support corporate initiatives related to post-close value realization and ROI capture
Perform other related duties as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred
2+ years of experience in customer service, field operations, retention campaigns, or service strategy roles
Experience in home services, sales, or field service industries is preferred
Requirements:
High proficiency in Google/Microsoft Products and CRM systems
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to operate independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Typing speed of at least 35 wpm
Must be able to speak, write, and understand English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with others
