We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Director of Operations to lead and optimize our company’s day-to-day operational activities. As a critical member of the operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing operational strategies, improving efficiency, and driving sustainable growth across all departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational leadership, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex projects while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee P&L for the Regions, ensuring that revenue goals are met by managing expenses, maximizing profits, and minimizing losses; conduct financial reviews with operations leaders monthly for transparency. 

  • Coordinate with reports and make recommendations to senior management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth. 

  • Ensure that each location delivers value and excellence to the clients. 

  • Build and develop organizational talent in order to support company growth and drive culture. 

  • Partner closely and collaboratively with corporate functional leaders on all programs being introduced to the field. 

  • Partner with peer Directors to ensure consistency between markets. 

  • Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews that highlight strengths and opportunities within the division.   

  • Attends staff meetings, department meetings, educational workshops, industry and trade meetings, and social functions. 

  • Travel as needed throughout the division, spending dedicated time with their Regional Managers, Operations Managers, Regional Trainers and their teams within the Service Centers. 

  • Must spend at least 3 full days with each Regional manager. quarter 

  • Project a positive image of the organization to the employees, customers, industry and community.

Education:

  • At least 10+ years’ experience in management and / or a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing business operations across multiple departments and locations. 

  • Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.

  • Strong understanding of financial management, including P&L oversight, budgeting, and cost control.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment. 

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
