We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented communicator to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time position located in Provo, Utah.
About the Role:
Aptive is seeking a strong communications strategist to join the Corporate Communications Team. In this role, you will be responsible for informing, engaging, and inspiring stakeholders through effective, strategic internal and external communications. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment and can adapt quickly to meet the needs of our stakeholders.
You will report to the Director of Corporate Communications and provide both strategic counsel and tactical support to advance our key business priorities and initiatives. The ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, create clear and engaging communications collateral, and develop strategic communications plans will be essential to your success.
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies.
Foster robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as philanthropic partners.
Craft compelling, straightforward content for various communication channels, including email, Slack, digital signage, and social media.
Offer logistical and creative support for company events, and Aptive Gives Back initiatives.
Package and produce content across a number of platforms (online, video, social, and mobile) that will help influence our internal stakeholders and drive engagement.
Utilize analytics to gauge and enhance the impact of communication efforts.
What We're Looking For:
A bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or related fields.
3 - 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in internal communications or public relations.
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal skills - including the ability to take complex information and distill it into simple, consumable content and compelling stories.
Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple projects spanning across the organization.
Insightful understanding of diverse communication channels and their strategic uses.
Ability to balance independent work with team collaboration to drive projects forward.
Proven self-starter and positive go-getter.
